Hey there artsy peeps! Rita Barakat here today doing a guest post here at Lindys! I am so excited to share this little altered project with you! I used several Lindys mists for this project – in places where you wouldn’t expect! Lets take a look!

I even used a little Lindys on the edges of the purple flower with a paint brush!

On the chipboard box I sprayed Hydrangea Blue Starburst all over the box- inside and out.

I drew my mermaid and colored her skin with Aquarelle pencils. I wanted her to sparkle so I grabbed some other color mists but I did not want to spray her and risk getting color on her skin.)

I used a plastic sheet of Clear Scraps acrylic for my base, I sprayed the mist on the acrylic and used that as my palate. I grabbed a paint brush and started painting!

Layers is key for this project- more layers means darker colors for shading!

I knew I was cutting this out so it didn’t matter if I went out I the lines! Here I added Shabby Turbine Teal.
