Hi scrappy friends!! It’s Lizzy here! Today we have a little special treat on the blog. I’m doing something we usually don’t share here, which is a little more detail into how I created my take on the July color challenge. This month’s colors are screaming my name, I LOVE them!!!!!
I started by spraying the background with Rudolph’s Nose Red, then I stamped it on the left side with a script stamp by Traci Bautista.
Next I colored 2 pieces of watercolor paper for my embellishments with Pineapple Paradise, Yellow Rose of Texas, Curiouser Chartreuse and Bells of Ireland Green
I also painted a tag where I placed my images, and added Hydrangea Blue to it. Some doodling, cutouts from the die cutting and rub ons and the page is finished.
I hope you enjoyed a little more detail info on what I did to create my inspiration project for this month’s challenge., and that it helps you when creating your own project. I want to know, will you be entering our challenge this month? We’d love to see your projects! Challenge entry deadline is July 31st so you have a ton of time to create. We cannot wait to see what you make! You can enter your project and check out the rules and all other info on yesterday’s post below. Hope yo have a good week!
