Hello friends! It’s Marta JaMajka here. It’s almost summer – so I created this tiny Sea journal.
It’s great for writing down some summer memories and adventures, adding some photos or holiday souvenirs.
When I created my background, I used Clam Cake Beige and Ocean Breeze Blue – I created delicate effect of watercolor. I used Clam Cake Beige spray to add some color to the flowers as well – I will show you a closeup in the end of this blog post.
Creating my journal I used colors from May Color Challenge Set from Lindy’s Stamp Gang shop.

I used some Hollyhack Scarlet Plum embossing powder to accent sea shells.
Now they look just like the picture!I covered the inscription chipboard with Hydrangea Blue spray – now it has beautiful color and amazing shine and it fits to the picture too ;)
You can watch my video tutorial, where I’m creating my watercolor background from the beginning. I created it using a blank white piece of cardstock, it wasn’t covered with gesso first- just a paper.
Here is a photo of paper roses covered with amazing Clam Cake Beige, they have so beautiful, delicate shine!

Thanks for stopping by!
