Hello my friends, It is always a great pleasure to be back with you!
It’s Marta here to share my love for journals.
Today’s project was my experimental take on mixing Lindy’s sprays with paint. I wanted to see how that would turn out, and I’m quite happy with the results. My background colours are coming from Dylusions paints and a few Lindy’s sprays.
To create my background I used:
- Shabby Turbine Teal
- Maidenhair Fern Green
- Toto’s Tornado Black
My favourite part of this piece is the white embossed text created by using stamp. I used Purely White embossing powder. This is one of my must-have products. Great for stamps or covering chipboard pieces, fantastic to create some contrast.
Additionally, I added a paper image, a few word stickers and butterflies. This was a fun and easy page.
You can see the whole process on my video tutorial below. I hope you will feel inspired! Enjoy!
Hugs, Marta x
Marta you created a fabulous layout. I love your color choices and all the lovely texture you added via stencils and stamping. Your video is gorgeous. Love to watch these relatively short videos. It’s so much more inspirational to me when I can watch how you created this.
Thank you for sharing your lovely work.
