Embossed Edges for Texture

Hello there! It’s JaMajka – Marta Turska – Grochocka here! Today I would like to show you super easy quick technique, which is embossed edges technique.

All you need is:

– paper;

– embossing ink;

– heat tool;

embossing powder by Lindy’s Stamp Gang.

Step 1:  Cut your paper pieces for the size you need.

Step 2:
Cover edges with embossing ink, (it can be an ink pad or a dabber, doesn’t matter).
Red lines show you the width of ink layer I did on the edge:

Step 3:
Sprinkle embossing powder on the paper.
Step 4:
Heat it with a heat gun. And – voila!
Here I applied embossing powder on embossing ink twice, just to make the powder’s layer clear and sharp.

You can use it creating cards, art journals, ATC’s,
layouts, it fits every project and every color.
It adds a nice, colorful, shiny frame to any project.
The paper layer in the bottom I covered with ink & powder only once, check the difference. Gives the card edges totally different looks for more texture and interest.
It’s very cool technique, which gives an interesting accent to any project!
Thank you for stopping by!

Have a lovely day!
