Magicals and Glue Technique for Sparkling Texture

Hello Lindy’s Stamp Gang fans! It’s Marta Turska – Grochocka here.

Today I have for you photo tutorial, where I used the “Magicals & Glue” technique. I’ve discovered, that magical pigment mixed with transparent glue gives a shiny and smooth surface and I used this mixture in the process of creating my scrapbooking projects.

Step 1: I prepared two tags made of white cardstock. I covered them with the layer of white gesso using silicone brush.

Step 2: I covered tags with water and with Creme Brulee Cream Magical.

Step 3: I’ve mixed all purpose transparent glue with some Magicals: Bodacious Blush, Sandra Dee Sepia and Creme Brulee Cream.

Step 4: The mixture has shine from pigments and it’s quite thick.

Step 5: It’s good to use it with stencils. Just use a spatula to spread the mixture through the stencil, then let it dry.  I did this on one tag and I painted the other with the left-over paste.

Step 6: When dry , I used texture paste to add some texture on both tags

Step 7: I added some paper & metal elements to decorate.
