Hello friends!
It’s Marta Turska – Grochocka here today. I’ve created an art journal spread in an old book using some Lindy’s Stamp Gang lovely sprays, Rusty Lantern Lime and Opal Sea Oats, and Merci Beaucoup Mint embossing powder. These colors gave my page a soft old world look.
I used a few Stampotique stamps on my page as well: Altered Curiosities, Art (word), Measuring Tape and Abstract Foliage. These helped to add interest to the background and a little pattern.
There are stamped patterns on the background, but not only there – I’ve stamped measuring tape on a piece of fabric plaster.
I’ve covered Abstract Foliage stamped pattern with embossing powder.
I’ve filmed a video to show you, how I’ve created my art journal spread.
Here are a few close-ups so you can see the details.
I hope you liked my art journal pages, it’s always a huge fun for me to alter a book and turn it into an art journal.
