Hand Painted Flowers Cards with Magical Shakers

Hello, lovely friends!  It’s Elena with you all today, sharing some easy cards with watercolor flowers that you can make with the new Magical Shakers from Lindy’s.

Let me show you how…..

Dip a brush in water and draw the outlines of the petals. I used Magical Oom Pah Pah Pinc, Yodeling Yellow, Cuckoo Clock Cardinal for the colors.  You can see exactly how I did this in the video at the end of this post.

To paint the leaves I used Magicals in Lederhosen Laurel and Bratwurst Brown.l-altered-cat-036

Cut out all the painted elements with some sharp fine detail scissors.

And then use Spray Sidewalk Chalk to add a little spatter.

I love striped backgrounds, but often can’t find a suitable pattern on scrap paper, so I drew the background myself, using sprays Dark Chocolate Truffle and Azure Sea Asters.

Here you can see I have stamped onto background and embossed with EP Golden Angel Wings , for something a little extra.

Add some light background stamping with Stazon and add your hand painted elements.
