Canvas Inspiration by Sanderijn

Hi everybody, it’s Sanderijn here, to show you an inspirational mixed media canvas made using Lindy’s products and inspired by the soft pastel colors from the April color challenge.

I first added texture with modeling paste and a stencil. Then I coated the whole canvas with white gesso.

Third I added Starburst spray Sassy Sapphire with a brush and sprayed with a water bottle to move the inks here and there. Drying with the heat tool and on to the next color, Rusty Lantern Lime. Between drying I add more layers, more water, so it blends together. As the last color I added Cotton Candy Pink.

And when the canvas was dry, I started building interest with some wool, flowers, branches, stones and glitter.

And the finished canvas is this.
