Hello there lovelies, thanks for stopping by. Today I have a couple of Christmas cards to share with you & I made those lovely Christmas blossoms out of foam & coloured it up with some yummy Lindy’s sprays.
The combination of foam colored with Lindy’s created a beautiful rich color!.
To create these beautiful flowers or yourself, die cut some foam flowers & foliage.
Next up spray with Grab A Guy Gold & Incandescent Copper sprays. Repeat the colouring to build up the depth of colour.
Keep dipping them into the colour & drying them with a heat gun as you go.
You need to dry them in between dipping so that the colour will build up.
Once you have reached the desired colour, pinch the tips of the flowers while they are still warm. Also poke them in the middle to help make the petals stand up. Add a dob of glue to the middle of each flower & sprinkle with a little gold glass glitter.
So there you have it. These really are so super simple yet I think they look so effective. I hope I have inspired you to give these a try.
I do love this colour scheme for Christmas, browns on white with lots of gold. Sooo rich and warm.
Watch as I create these foam flowers and color them with Lindy’s in the clip below.
