Autumn Mixed Media Card Tutorial with Olga Bielska

Hi gorgeous Lindy’s friends! Olga Bielska here today with a tutorial on how you can create this card inspired by the colors of an Autumn leaves, using some beautiful Lindy’s Stamp Gang products.  I just love the colors of Autumn, the deep rich reds, pinks and yellow combined with rust and brown, such a beautiful color palette to create with.

You will see the creation process in the video tutorial, please let me know if you have any questions by leaving a comment.

Basic Process

I started by coloring leaves using embossing powders: Holly Berry Red GoldOktoberfest Orange,  Scotch Broom Yellow, and Bratwurst Brown.

Next, I painted the base with clear gesso.

Then I sprinkled Magical Shakers over the base and sprayed with water. Doing this makes the colors all mixed up and it looks so pretty.

After drying, I applied modeling paste through a stencil and sprinkle with a Bratwurst Brown embossing powder.  The brown of the embossing powder against the colors on the background is just perfect for my Autumn theme!

I colored some clay embellishments with sprays: Grab a Guy Gold, and Dark Chocolate Truffle.

To finish the card, I decided on the composition and added a bit of white using white gesso.
