Wintery Christmas Tree Layout with Caroline

Hi Lindy’s fans!

This is my last publication for Lindy’s, I’m a bit nostalgic today but it was my choice to quit this wonderful design team. It was a dream to achieve to be part of the Lindy’s girls and I was here for more than 3 years. I am blessed!

I want to thank Tracey and Kate for the confidence they had in me and for all the love they gave me during this incredible adventure. I will always be a Lindy’s girl at heart!

We have been so blessed to have this lovely lady as a part of the Gang – she will be missed oxoxo (Kate and Tracey)

Ok now, let’s start a gorgeous wintery layout using all Starburst sprays!

I put a thin coat of clear gesso over my patterned paper and a good coat of white gesso over my chipboard.

On my trees, I sprayed 3 times with Starburst Jack in the Pupilt teal. I heat dried them between all the 3 layers to have a good and bright color.

On my background, I made a watercolor effect with my favorite blue, Starburst Tainted love teal.

I glued a white cheesecloth over it for a wintery look.

My pine branch are colored with 2 fabulous tones of green Starburst Ponderosa pines Olive and Cathedral pines green.

I placed all my embellishments together and I added some wood pieces for a realistic look.

Adding roots gave even more texture to the layout.
