Christmas Tree Ball Ornament with Oleksandr

Hi everyone, Oleksandr is here I am one of the new Lindy’s Designers for 2020.

Today I’d like to show you a small tutorial on how to make a Christmas tree ball using Lindy’s products: sprays, squirts and embossing powder.

For the project, you will need: a ball (I’ve chosen a clear glass one), clear gesso, crackle paste, star embellishments, topping and of course sprays and embossing powders by Lindy’s.

I covered the ball with clear gesso, let it dry, then spread crackle paste and adhered stars and stone toppings.

On top of crackle paste I applied squirts randomly here and there. I used the following colors: Canadian Bacon Blush, Poutine Gold, Loonie Toonie Teal, Polite People Purple

To make it more contrasting I also randomly added embossing powder: Midnight Teal EP, Midnight Violet EP and heat set with an embossing tool.

Before the final step added a bit of gold using Lindy’s squirts Poutine Gold and Vintage Gold wax.

To finish it off I added some glitter and gold sequins. And here’s my Christmas ball ready to shine!
