We are looking for passionate artists and crafters interested in using Lindy’s products in exciting ways!

We’ve revamped the Design Team requirements for 2021 to give our Designers more opportunities, so please read carefully!
Do you have an active YouTube channel OR Instagram OR Blog, plus social media accounts and love to share beautiful art and photos and teach people online? Then you might like to apply to be a Lindy’s Designer.
Our Designers LOVE Lindy’s and enjoy using our products, they might specialize in one particular style (like Altered Art or Calligraphy) or create in multiple styles (watercolors, cards, tags, layouts, journals, canvas, off the page etc)! They love talking about our products and how to use them, and make great videos or take great photos that show people step-by-step how to create a project or learn a new technique or show off our amazing goodies! Above all, they want to share their love of Lindy’s and introduce artists and crafters to our products and what you can do with them.
Our Designers are our Teachers, source of great ideas and new techniques!
Designers – What we expect from you:
- In 6 months
- 6 Blog posts in 6 months according to the provided schedule – all content MUST be submitted on time.
Blog posts to consist of:- 2 exclusive Technique posts + Video: the blog post and video for Lindy’s should show a specific technique or spin on a technique, with an accompanying Full project post/video to appear on your own blog, YouTube or Social Media with a link back to the techniques shown on the Lindy’s sites.
- 2 exclusive Tip, Fun or Recipe posts + Video
- 2 exclusive project posts + Video (Video should show how the whole project was created)
*Please Note: exclusive means this content is ONLY posted on the Lindy’s blog
- 6 Blog posts in 6 months according to the provided schedule – all content MUST be submitted on time.
- 1 x Color Challenge project per month (blog post displayed on your own blog), this should be used to create
- 1 High-quality photo to be displayed on Lindy’s Color Challenge post
- 20-40 second video for IG showing a process or technique (Lindy’s part only – not whole project) or close up of project
- 3 x HIGH quality photos per month to be used at our discretion in Lindy’s advertising, can be close-ups, glamor shots or Flat Lays (you can share these on your own sites anytime), designers will be provided with more info and examples (themes will be provided)
- 1 photo and 1 mini video to be posted to Facebook per month – eg: desk, work in progress pic, organization idea, fav color etc., crafty mess, opening Lindy’s parcel (we have suggestions and templates if you need help)
- 2 videos for Instagram per month, these can show-off a product, a project, color charts, powders, older projects etc. Videos should be 5-40 seconds long, can be recorded on your phone, can be showing sparkle, or a little teaser for your project – think FUN! Videos should NOT all show the same content or project.
We have templates to help you with this so don’t be scared! - Collaborative video content for Lindy’s to use to create fun videos – Lindy’s will edit and put the videos together, you will just need to record tiny pieces as requested
- Share your projects on Social Media (ours and yours) and tag Lindy’s
- Support each other – Each team member must share a favorite post from another team member or past blog post each week – please choose a different person to highlight each week – tag the person on Social as well – share the love (these can be scheduled ahead of time).
- Comment on Lindy’s YouTube, Blog and Social Media posts and Challenge entries, replying to post comments (on your own posts) and chatting in our FB group. Get to know people who love Lindy’s as much as you do!
It sounds like a lot, but you have some of the most supportive people there to help you with it all as well as your new Teammates.

- Option to participate in Lindy’s Special Events and be a part of our inner circle
- International visibility for your art and yourself – your chance to get your name out there
- Great group of talented artists to socialize with, learn from, and be inspired by
- Connect with artists and customers who love Lindy’s as much as you do!
A Lindy’s Design Team member will need to have:
- An active social media presence: Facebook / Instagram / YouTube / Blog – any combination of these is fine!
- Create clear step by step tutorials in English for the Lindy’s Blog
- Create beautiful photographs and videos
- Be excited to use & promote Lindy’s products
- Link all Lindy’s products back to the Lindy’s store
- Use only Lindy’s sprays, paints or embossing powders on the projects you create for Lindy’s.
**You can use as many embellishments, flowers etc as you like, just no sprays, embossing powder etc. from other companies on the projects you create for us.
*****Please ask about possible Design Team conflicts before applying. - Be on time & meet deadlines (hugely important as we prepare weeks in advance)
- Join in with blog hops or special events (your choice)
- Interact on social media, answer questions & communicate with customers
- Promote all Design Team posts, as well as promote Lindy’s on their blogs and Social Media.
- Sign a confidentiality agreement

- Subject line: “LSG Design Team 2021 – your name – your country
- Mailing address & email address
- Short Bio – tell us a bit about yourself and your art and what you like to create, do you have a particular style you like or many?
- Create a special project (any theme or style) just for this DT call using Lindy’s Stamp Gang products!
Include a tutorial of how you created your project, send it as either a Word doc, link to a secret Blog post AND a link to your project video (set the video as unlisted in YouTube).
This project must not be published anywhere and must stay secret until DT members are announced.
No files or images bigger than 500kb. - List all DT’s you are currently part of or that you will be part of in the next 6 months (in case there are any conflicts of interest)
- Add links to 3-5 of your most amazing projects (these don’t have to use Lindy’s)
- Include links to your blog or YouTube channel, Facebook and Instagram profiles (please check these are correct).
- Tell us why you love Lindy’s products.
