Hello everyone! Oleksandr Azarov here with you today on the Lindy’s blog, and we will create floral themes greeting tags.
For work we need:
- a pair of watercolor paper tags
- embossing ink and powder (I took GIMME FIVE GOLD)
- stamp
- paintbrushes and favorite sprays
To begin with, using embossing ink and gold powder, I stamp the image of flowers on the prepared tags.
Next, we move on to painting for this we need brushes and sprays. I apply the colors in a specific sequence, always starting with lighter shades and ending with darker (bright) shades.
For coloring the flowers, I chose:
Colored buds and leaves using:
In order to get smoother transitions between colors, I pre-wet the image with clean water using a brush.
After our images were painted and dried well, I decided to add gold splashes and the magic spray helped me with this. –Cactus Gold Glitz Spritz
I decided to add an inscription to the tags. To do this, using gold powder for embossig, I stamped the inscription on the paper flags, after which I tried them and folded them like an accordion to add volume. Now it remains to glue them to the background, tie ribbons and add decorative stones and butterflies.
