Create Round Postcards with Bright Backgrounds using Lindy’s Magicals

Hello everyone! Oleksandr Azarov is with you and I am very glad to meet you. Today we are going to create a couple of round postcards with vibrant leaves and backgrounds using Mountain Meadows Flat Magical Set and Gleaming Gold to help us.

The first step is to create the background of our future postcards. To do this, I fixed a sheet of watercolor paper with scotch tape, wet it well with clean water and add magic powders with a fan brush:

from Mountain Meadows Flat Magical Set and Gleaming Gold. I dry well with a hairdryer.

When our background is dry I add a spray using Creme Brulee Cream Shimmer Spray and Stormy Sky magical. We leave to dry.

The next step is to prepare watercolor paper from which I will cut out the leaves in the future. I really love to do punching in this way, very interesting shades and color transitions are obtained.  Try it and I’m sure you will like the result!)

Now that our backgrounds are dry, I cut out two round backgrounds and leaves with the cutting dies.

Using the stamp and embossing powder, Gimme Five Gold Detail EP added overprints of text to the background.

On the edges of the leaves I also added a little embossing with powders: Midnight Teal EP, Midnight violet EP, which I added in no particular order.

I glue the prepared leaves on a bulky tape. Now it remains to assemble the composition, add an inscription and a few decorative stones, and our postcards are ready.
