Deer Tags using Lindy’s Embossing Powder & Starburst Shimmer Sprays

Hello everyone. It’s Oleksandr with you today and we will create bright greeting tags with deer. For this work, I prepared tags and circles from watercolor paper, deer from chipboard, a stencil, texture paste, embossing powder and Starburst shimmer sprays.

I cover the deer chipboard with powder for embossing That’s Marble-ous Chunky EP

Using a stencil, I applied texture paste to the tags and dried. For the tag, I picked up sprays: Salt Water Taffy Shimmer Spray Sea Grass Green Shimmer Spray Silent Night Silver Shimmer Spray

I will apply them using different techniques:

  • I apply sprays to the base of the tag, having previously moistened it with water, in order to get softer colors and shades without clear boundaries.
  • I apply sprays on the circle without water, adding a spray and drying each layer.

When the circle is completely dry I emboss using an embossing folder.

Now that all the components are ready, it remains only to collect everything into a single composition and add a phrase.

The process of creating tags got me so carried away that I could not stop)

Tag ” Genuine”
