Hello Everyone!
Today’s work is in the colors of winter, with a little orangey-brownish extra. 😀 I used mostly the new Enchanted Forest magical and mist collection.
I chose AB studio paper as a basis for the work, which I glued on a 2 mm thick cardboard. I applied transparent gesso with a linocaster. I mixed Finnabair Paper Texture Paste and Light Paste with Gnome Berry Bordeaux and Dragonfly Denim magical powder from the Enchanted Forest collection and some Glitzy Magicals in Scintillating Silver. I applied it with Finnabair Book Of Numbers stencil, it came out a nice purplish-blueish shade. I put Scintillating Silver glitzy magical in Light paste and applied it crossways compared to the other stenciling. Before drying, I sprinkled Slam Dunk Silver embossing powder on it. This gives it a metallic effect. Finally, I sprayed on Dragonfly Denim and Galactic Teal.
I greased the mold elements with white gesso, then colored them with Toadstool Taupe, Sparkling Sunset and Gnome Berry Bordeaux. I sprayed Frozen Jack Frost and Midnight Rendezvous Raven Starburst on the skulls. To make the surface more textured I sprinkled Boogie Down Black embossing powder on it.
I chose Dusty Attic chipboards as an accessory, on which I first used Slam Dunk Silver and then Boogie Down Black embossing powder.
I glued Aall and Create washi vertically and horizontally before building the composition.
Since it is a steampunk layup, I couldn’t leave out the metal products from Mitform Casting.
I glued AB studio word labels on it, then stamped and sprinkled with grainy decorative elements.
As the final step, I splashed Midnight Rendezvous Raven Mist on it.
