Hello Everyone!
This time I’ve created a special canvas, where the base of the canvas is in shades of pink and burgundy thanks to Hi Maintenance Magenta and Burnished Brass. I layered an AB Studio chipboard in the same dimensions 20x 20 cm, on which you can see flower patterns, so the color of the canvas shows through. I greased the chipboard itself with white gesso, then applied crackle paste, and then sprinkled Gimme Five Gold on the petals of the flower to give a better harmony between the pink and green. Green with Envy Green mist and Emerald Eh?! Squirts were used on the chipboards.
I added various molds, using leaves and Roman numerals in the first round.
I used Green with Envy Green on the leaves and Midnight Rendezvous Raven on both.
On the numbers, I sprayed Blazing Black from Flat Fabio Mists for a more matte effect.
In the second round of molds, it was the turn of the flowers. I chose Hi Maintenance Magenta and Burnished Brass. I also added Grab Guy Gold for extra sparkle.
The next turn was for the vintage elements, which I kept simple enough, just adding Burnished Brass from the Moon Shadow Mist collection.
The final mold elements were the birds, for which I used Midnight Rendezvous Raven and Grab a Guy Gold.
I chose Dusty Attic tiny flower chipboards as a complement, on which I have poured Gimme Five Gold embossing powder.
I added tree branches and Finnabair metal flowers to the composition.
Finnabair Art Pebbles were also added, which I also used Gimme Five Gold embossing powder on, but in 2 layers to intensify the color. (A word of advice – I used 3D matte gel, which dissolved this a little, but with a smooth liquid glue like Tacky glue or Magic this doesn’t happen.)
I used a metal word label to glue the two halves of the composition together, then smeared white gold wax on both this and the mold elements. I used Antiquing Wax in the shade Soot on the edges of the chipboard. I used Old White wax on the tree branches and metal flowers.
Finally, I stamped and sprinkled decorative granular elements on it.
Hope you liked it and discovered something new.
I made a tutorial about it, which you can find here:
Have a nice day 😊
