Hello Lindy’s lovers!
Valeria here with a new project and video tutorial. I really enjoy creating home decor items. I would like to present you a brush holder with hooks that you can use to hang our favorite accessories, colored with beautiful Lindy’s Gang products.
Basic Steps:
- Prime the canvas with a white gesso
- Texture paste is applied through a stencil. In my case, I’m using a brick stencil
- Apply the main color using Magicals and Sprays and create a gradient effect from light to dark. I’m using a Whale Watch Blue
- Apply the main color to all the figures, following the same gradient effect from light to dark. Add shading to create depth.
- Color the paper elements using Sprays and Magicals making sure to create highlights. Then, cover them with clear embossing powder and Groovy Granite
- Place stamps that are relevant to the theme of your project
- Build up the composition, glue all the elements
- Add some toppings, such as various-sized stones in my case
- Create shadows with Magicals at the base of the main elements
