Hi gang! It’s Tina here today to share with you a new art journal spread made with Lindy’s Sprays.
I started by applying a thin layer of clear gesso on the pages. And after it dried I added white gesso too.
Then I glued some die cuts to create a composition for the future spread.
I added texture by applying white crackle paint randomly on the die cuts.
And then the magic began! I used Starburst sprays Black Orchid Silver and Sassy Sapphire with a water-brush to create this colorful background.
After, I made small splashes of Blazing Black, Black Orchid Silver and Sassy Sapphire sprays using a tiny brush.
I also like to add some stamps with black archival ink to highlight the colors of the background.
Then I glued paper tags over black thread and added texture with black mica flakes and glass beads. Here is a finished art journal spread.
And some close-ups.
I also prepared a step-by-step video so you can see how it all came together! You can watch it below or on Lindy’s Stamp Gang Youtube Channel.
