Hello! Yulianna Efremova here and I’m going to show you how to make a mixed media canvas collage using pencils and Starburst Sprays from Lindy’s. I’ll walk you through how to create this step by step.
I used four colors of Starbursts: Frozen Jack Frost, Yellow Rose of Texas, Hag’s Wart Orange, Witch’s Potion Purple and Embossing powder: Obviously Black to create my mixed media canvas with pencils.
Steps for Creating your own Mixed Media Canvas
Use a glue gun to add pencils.
I applied a texture paste with pebbles and then covered the collage with black gesso, then white gesso.
Then I added threads.
I sprinkled Frozen Jack Frost in the center and around.
I sprinkled Yellow Rose of Texas color in the center of collage and then around the Yellow Rose of Texas I sprinkled Hag’s Wart Orange and around Hag’s Wart Orange I sprinkled Witch’s Potion Purple, creating the sunset.
I covered the title with embossing powder and stuck it on the collage.
I applied some white spray and the collage canvas is done.
