ATC with Vibrant Flowers colored with Mountain Meadows Magicals

Hello Lindy’s fans! It’s me (Oleksandr Azarov) today with you on the blog and we will be creating a series of ATCs with vibrant colors using Lindy’s Magicals!

For this to work I needed: watercolor paper, Gleaming Gold, Mountain Meadows Magicals, Embossing Powder Chalk It Up Chunky EP , a bottle of water, stamps and a few brushes.

I start creating ATC from the background. To do this, I took colors Stormy Sky, Evergreen Emerald. from the Mountain Meadows Magicals set, which I apply with a wide brush in random order and with a dryer. After the background has dried well, I add spray with water, leave it for a few seconds and gently blot it with a paper towel. Thus, we get a more interesting background and texture.

In the next step, I decided to add some more bright gold splashes. And Gleaming Gold helped me a lot in this. Dry well with a hairdryer.

At the end of the work with the background, I added stripes using a stamp and powder for embossing Chalk It Up Chunky EP. Now when the background is ready, put it aside and move on to creating the main elements – flowers.

I have stamped the flowers on watercolor paper and will color in the next step.

I painted some of the flowers using Foxglove Fuchsia and Wild Rose Rouge, and the second part Mountain Meadows. I painted the leaves and stems by combining two colors Mountain Meadows and Evergreen Emerald. I added Gleaming Gold on top. Cut it out.

Now when all the elements are ready, assemble of the composition. Flowers glued on using foam tape and I added a few turns of gold wire to the base and added decorative stones and sentiment at the end. And now the ATCs are ready.
