It’s Katerina Vysotina here on the Lindy’s blog! This time I have made a special canvas in shape of yin-yang symbol.
Here is my process video – hoping you’ll enjoy it!
Process
- Mark the place where the paper part will be located
- Add a paste with sand through the stencil
- Add crackle paste, Let it dry without using a dryer.
- Cover with black gesso
- Cover a paper with transparent gesso and add a paste with a stencil
- Spray on paper Bling-y Blonde Shimmer Spray and blur with a brush
- Add Drop Dead Gorgeous Green Shimmer Spray with brush
- On black canvas spray Drop Dead Gorgeous Green Shimmer Spray and Tainted Love Teal Shimmer Spray and blur with brush
- Add wax from Prima Marketing with brush
- Glue thick cardboard to the paper
- Add gold wax Stamperia to highlight some areas
- Stamp with Archival black ink
- Glue paper to canvas
- Apply black gesso on the plaster figures, spray Drop Dead Gorgeous Green Shimmer Spray and Bling-y Blonde Shimmer Spray. Dry.
- Add Emerald Eh?! and Maple Syrup Bronze on figures
- Apply white gesso on the plaster figures, add Summer Lovin’ Sun Magical from Beauty School Dropout Flat Magical Set and Bling-y Blonde Shimmer Spray with brash
- Glue plaster figures with modeling gel.
- Spray Greased Lightnin’ Green Flat Spray on paper leaves
- Get together all the elements
- Add gold wax Stamperia to highlight some areas
- Glue glitter with a transparent medium.
