Do you know how you can create your own pastes in a whole rainbow of colors using Lindy’s Magicals? Just take your favorite paste (can be white or transparent) and choose any Magicals Powder straight from the jar and mix them together.
It is easy, and less risk that the paste will dry out (unless you make more of it than for this one project).
In this project I choose paste called “clear medium” from Papierowa Jaskółka (it’s Polish small company). Paste is transparent and shiny after drying, which gives an amazing effect when combined with magicals (in some photos, apart from the shine of the paste, you can see the sparkle from the particles of magicals).
In the video you can see how little magicals powder needs to be added to the paste for it to be colored (1 minute 25 seconds of the video). The ratio of powder to paste is approximately 10 to 1.
Basic steps:
- Stamp in the background
- Mix transparent pastes with my favorite Lindy’s Magicals set – Summer Break Magicals set
- Add the new colored pastes through the stencil
- Add some pictures.
