Maritime Tag with Guest Designer Alicja

Hello, my name is Alicja Staszak and I live in the north of Poland. I’m passionate about mixed media and watercoloring.

I can’t imagine creating without Lindy’s products! I like all of them, but my real love are Magicals – they give so many ways of making interesting and colorful projects.

I’m so happy to have this opportunity and share with you my little project. I’ve created a mixed media maritime tag with seahorses and stars. I really enjoy making tags – it’s a small form, but gives a lot of possibilities! I don’t like flat projects, so I always try to make some interesting texture and a little dimensional look of my works.

I used Midnight Teal embossing powder to make the fishing net stamping and to cover some of my chipboard. I colored the background by mixing magical shakers – Oom Pah Pah Pink and Bavarian Blue with water and splashing them on the white surface of the tag.

To finish, I’ve used my favourite shade of green – My Mojito Green from Drink Me Silly Set of Magicals and sprayed it with water.
